FooFest is more than just a festival—it’s an immersive escape from the ordinary, where attendees are transported into a sensory journey within a breathtaking forest setting by the lake in the Faroe Islands. Designed to captivate and inspire, the event blends nature, music, and culture into an unforgettable experience. As part of my third-semester project at KEA, I developed a website for FooFest using Next.js, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality. My role was integral throughout the project, from the initial ideation phase to the wireframing, prototyping, and development of the user experience and ticket purchase flow. The goal was to create a seamless, engaging, and fully responsive digital platform that not only reflected the festival’s atmosphere but also provided users with an intuitive and efficient browsing and booking experience.
